BD Land Digital Survey and Mainamati Land Survey & Technical Institute are leading technical education providers in Bangladesh. Our History
BD Land Digital Survey was founded in 2015 by Akter Hossain with the mission to modernize and digitize land surveying education in Bangladesh. The vision was clear: equip the youth with job-oriented, hands-on training that bridges the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world fieldwork.
Alongside this initiative, Mainamati Land Survey & Technical Institute—originally established in 1999 in Comilla—began operating its most popular and successful branch in Hemayetpur, Savar, Dhaka-1340 under Akter Hossain’s leadership in 2016. While the Comilla branch was not founded by us, the Hemayetpur branch soon became a leader in practical survey education and received independent government registration: Govt. Reg. No. PF-44511. This allowed us to open and operate over 60 branches independently across Bangladesh.
In 2024, Ahmmed Imrul Kawser was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), bringing a fresh vision, strategic leadership, and digital transformation to the organization. Under his guidance, the company underwent major updates in branding, technology integration, and service delivery—further solidifying its national presence and global relevance.
The same year marked a transformative milestone: the official launch of BD Land Digital Survey's digital platform. With this, we integrated cutting-edge technologies like drone mapping, GIS software, and cloud-based project tracking into our curriculum—paving the way for smarter, more efficient surveying education.
To date, our organization has trained over 20,000 professionals and formed collaborations with more than 100 private firms and government agencies. Our graduates are making an impact both nationally and internationally, proving the value of our training and commitment. From humble beginnings to becoming a trusted national brand, our journey is defined by excellence, innovation, and a relentless drive to empower the next generation of land surveyors.

Infrastructure & Facilities

Our infrastructure reflects this belief through a combination of modern tools, comfortable amenities, and safe, inclusive spaces. Our classrooms are equipped with digital whiteboards, projectors, and climate-controlled environments. AutoCAD labs are installed with the latest licensed software, giving students a professional workspace to practice real designs. We maintain separate GPS and Total Station labs, allowing students to gain practical exposure to equipment used on actual sites.
Each training center includes a WiFi-enabled campus, quiet zones for self-study, a resource-rich library, and real-life land plots designated for outdoor field practice.
